Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the waitlist on myordersheet.com. It does not cover the MyOrderSheet app, which will have its own privacy policy at 84fin.com/privacy before it opens.
Who we are
MyOrderSheet is made by 84fin LLC. If you have a question about your data, write to support@84fin.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we keep:
- the store e-mail you enter;
- your store URL;
- the delivery date app you choose (and its name, if you pick "Another app");
- the date and time you joined.
We do not ask for your name, your customers' details or anything from your orders.
Why we collect it
- To write to you about MyOrderSheet: a pilot spot, the app opening, or a question about your shop.
- To learn which delivery date apps our future users run, so we know which ones to support first.
We do not send newsletters from this list, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not add it to any other mailing list. We do not run your details through AI tools.
Where it is kept
The waitlist is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Google's Firebase, which also hosts this site. Google processes the data for us under its Firebase terms. Firebase Hosting keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Only the 84fin team can read the waitlist.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the MyOrderSheet app opens, whichever comes first. If you install the app, its own privacy policy applies from then on.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your waitlist entry at any time: write to support@84fin.com from the e-mail you used, or tell us the store URL. We reply within 30 days. Every e-mail we send from this list also says how to leave it.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use your details, we tell you by e-mail before it applies.
